This wasn’t a one off for him, he’s also thru hiked the Pacific Crest Trail, Te Araroa and so many more.
On the podcast we talk about his mindset, experiences and life on the trails, the power of being surounded my like minded people and the benefits hiking has had on his sense of community and mental clairty.
We delve into his experience on the Aus Alps track and the PCT track and the pros and cons of being solo and doing hikes as a group.
